We, at Coworq, understand the importance of fitness in our lives and invited Surat’s very well known fitness expert Nilparna Sen on 16th June at our co-working space to deliver a session on ‘Understanding our bodies and making right decisions for it’ which covered the fundamentals of body transformation, flaws in Indian fitness industry, strategies towards a fit lifestyle and the steps to get started.
The session was started with Nilparna explaining her electrifying journey into the world of fitness which helped her conquer the demon of Bipolarity. It was followed by her asking all the attendees about their exercise routine and lifestyle and a discussion on roadblocks to body transformation.
The event was witnessed by diverse group of people ranging from teenagers to senior citizens who equally showed curiosity to gain wisdom from the speaker. Coherently, she explained them all about our bodies and debunked the myths attached to fitness. She also elaborated on habits of fit and unfit people and talked about the importance of choosing a right trainer for our fitness goals. Lastly, she presented the ‘Get Started Toolkit’ for all the newbies and regulars. The event was ended after Q&A round where she answered to different queries related our health. This event proved to a boon to all the fitness freaks in our city and to people who want to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
